GENERAL

By accessing, using, browsing, or otherwise participating in the services provided through the website www.mockkitaab.com and the mobile application titled “Mockkitaab” (collectively referred to as the “Service” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them under the Terms of Service of the Platform.

INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Mockkitaab is an independent educational technology platform providing exam preparation and mock testing services for various competitive and government examinations. Mockkitaab does not guarantee any examination result, rank, selection, or success. The services provided are solely for practice, self-assessment, and educational support. Actual examination outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond Mockkitaab’s control.

Mockkitaab does not represent, claim affiliation with, or act on behalf of any Central or State Government department, examination authority, or private organization.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Mockkitaab has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints:

All grievances shall be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Mockkitaab may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or business practices. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.

LINKAGE WITH TERMS OF SERVICE
